Our family business was founded back in 1604. Hans Trüter opened a butcher shop at that time, which was later expanded to include a tavern and subsequently a hotel. Production in our own butcher shop has since ceased due to the owner’s age. However, because we place great value on the quality of our products, we source the majority of them from regional producers.
